When you think of wine country you probably think of Napa Valley or Tuscany.  But north central West Virginia needs to go on your list of places to visit as well.  Whether you are coming to Marion County for business or pleasure, treat yourself to some of the finest wines and spirits anywhere.  The newest member of the club is Heston Farm Winery www.hestonfarm.com.  Located on a 220-acre farm in Pleasant Valley, along the banks of the Tygart River and filled with the timeless quality of farm life, it will take you back to a simpler time. Enjoy wine and whiskey tastings, tours, country-style food, and concerts and special events at Heston Farm Winery and Pinchgut Hollow Distillery. Heston Farm Winery is open Monday through Thursday 9 – 6, Friday and Saturday from 9 – 8 and Sunday 1 - 6.   An upstairs room is available as a gathering place for friends, business meetings or private dinners.  Pair your love of wine with a beautiful scenic drive and visit The winery will be open from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. daily.
