Seth Burton Disc Golf Complex – Morris Park

But not all golf is played with clubs. Marion County is home to two of the best disc golf courses in the region. The Seth Burton Memorial Disc Golf Course and Orange Crush Course are located at Morris Park.

Located in a beautiful park setting, the Seth Burton Memorial Course was built in 2003 by Johnny Sias. The course is very hilly and moderately wooded. Also located in the same park, the Orange Crush Course was built in 2007 by Phil Burton and Josh Smith. The course is very woodsy with many twists and turns over extreme elevation changes. Elevated basket on Lucky #8 (set in an ancient stone fireplace).

You’ll also find more women getting in on the disc golf action. A  women’s league will meet at the park every Wednesday.

Are you out for the love of the sport, or do you have more of a competitive streak? Either way, you can get your golf fix in Marion County!
