Fairmont Municipal Airport is easily accessible located at Exit 133 of Interstate 79. The airport is operated by the Fairmont Airport Authority, whose members are designated by the City of Fairmont and Marion County Commission. The airport is also known as Frankman Field, named after Sam Frankman, a local aviation pioneer. The airport has self-service low-lead fuel, always sold at a competitive price.
