250th Anniversary Lecture Series: “Religion in Colonial Times”

FreeSpeaker JL Tomlin, Ph.D., will speak about Religion in Colonial Times. Tomlin is an Assistant Professor of History at Fairmont State University. His research focuses on Early American religious and political history, and his work has been featured in popular and scholarly journals including the Washington Post, Foreign Policy Magazine, History News Network, The Age of Revolutions Journal, and the Society for Military History among others. His current book project, under contract with the University of Alabama Press, examines religious motivations to fight in Colonial Warfare.
