Come out and help us welcome Joel Dugan as part of our artist in residence program. Joel currently resides in Fairmont, West Virginia
with his family and serves as the Chair for the Department of Architecture Art and Design at Fairmont State University.
Joel will be painting his interpretation of different scenes in the historical section of the park.
Other dates include: Saturday 10-4, Sunday noon to 4, and Monday 10-4
