Hot Dog! Brews and Blues
In celebration of great Marion County traditions, we are recognizing hot dogs and blues as part of our roots.
The festival starts at 4 pm with hot dogs arriving from all over the area to be judged. The contestants can be judged in one or more of 3 categories – Best in Show (fresh), Best Working Dog (reheated) and Best Sporting Dog (cold).
Live Music begins at 6:00 with Izzy and Chris – 2011 National Blues Competition winner. Izzy and Chris went on to represent the US in the International Blues Competition in Kathmandu, Nepal.
At 9:00 pm, local favorite and extraordinary talented blues group, The Dennis McClung Blues Band will take the stage.
