Run to Read Half Marathon

Literacy Volunteers of Marion County is once again hosting their annual half marathon at Pricketts Fort State Park.
The course begins on the McTrail/Mon River Trail trailhead. Double out and back on 2 rail trails. The first section is about 5 miles long, is paved, and goes through the historic restored Meredith Tunnel. The second trail is on crushed limestone and has a scenic view of the Monongahela River. This flat course is closed to vehicular traffic and includes 5 water stops.
All finishers will get a nice custom medal.
$40.00 Race Fee + $3.00 sign up fee; Price increases to $45.00 after January 2, 2021
Awards presented as runners finish with lots of post-race food.
