Let your kids learn the ancient practice from a certified Kidding Around Yoga teacher! This class welcomes children of all ages to the mat. (Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Some mats available to borrow. All other supplies will be provided.)

Every Kidding Around Yoga class offers a complete, age-appropriate Yoga practice including breathing instruction, relaxation techniques, stretching and strengthening poses, all using fun-filled music, games, and imagination. This is not your typical Yoga class! A KAY class gets children singing, dancing, skipping, hopping, storytelling and laughing all while practicing yoga to original KAY music.
