The Nerd Herd Pi-Mile 5K Run at I-79 Technology Park

The Nerd Herd Pi-Mile Run will kick off at 9 a.m. in the Alan B. Mollohan Innova-tion Center parking lot and will take runners and walkers on a great tour of the Tech Park. The race will be a typical 5K distance (3.10 miles); however runners will have the option to run an extra 0.04 miles to 3.14, honoring the “pi” theme. There will be one water station during the route and light refreshments post-race.

Kids’ K Dash
There will also be a Kids’ K Dash for kids 12 and under. The fun run will start at 8:45 a.m. Kids’ K Dash Participants will receive a bib and finisher’s medal. Race participants registered before September 27th are guaranteed a Technical Shirt!

Awards will be presented to the overall top three male and overall top three female finishers. Also, the first three male and female finishers in the age categories indicated below will receive awards: 12 & Under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over

$20 Early Bird pre-registration, mail-in, and online, until September 27th (guarantees shirt).
$25 After September 27th. (Same day registration will be from 7:30 a.m.—8:30 a.m.)
Kid’s K is free and open to children under 12!
