We’ve all heard a lot of talk about self-care and stress management these days. Please join us at the center for a morning of deep breathing, relaxation, and a special time to experience therapeutic horsemanship and nature.
Led by Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Casey Conaway, and the On Eagles’ Wings Staff of Equine Specialists in Mental Health and Learning, this workshop will enable you to pause, rest, and reconnect your mind, body, and spirit.
