The day begins with a breakfast with Julia and Gov. Pierpont in attendance. Following a short program, attendees can proceed to the historic Woodlawn Cemetery, where the Pierpont family is buried, for a presentation of the Marion County Honor Guard #748.

Period music and a civil war exhibit and refreshments will also be provided at the Marion County Historical Society Museum.

Full Breakfast will begin at 9:00 am at Veteran’s Square (320 Adams Street, Ground Floor).
