Canaan Meets Cannes when the Black Diamond Philharmonic takes the stage at Wallman Hall. This chamber orchestra concert features Dr. Jeffrey Siegfried (WVU assistant professor) on saxophone and composer/ WV native Timothy Cooper's Canaan Heights.
