Fairmont State Cheerleading will join the Homecoming fun with a youth cheer clinic for girls and boys ages three to 12.
The camp is $45 and includes a t-shirt, bow and lunch. The day begins with registration at 8:30 a.m. in the Feaster Center. Students will then do a meet and greet and stretch. From 9:30 ā 11:30 a.m. they will learn sideline cheers and skills training. After lunch, campers will review the cheers and head out to the field. Kick-off is at 1 p.m. and children can be picked up at halftime.
Deadline for pre-registration is Monday, October 15. Late registrations and walk-ins are welcome (but participants cannot be guaranteed a camp t-shirt and/or hair bow in their correct size).

Ready, Steady, Run! is Rivesville's first ever 5K Run/Walk! This semi-hilly road course features the mighty Monongahela River and a scenic tour through Rivesville's various neighborhoods. The race will start and end at Rivesville City Hall and is open to all ages, runners and walkers.
Awards will be handed out in multiple age groups, with an extra special prize for fastest Rivesvillain! All participants will receive a t-shirt and great race-day discounts at Short Story Brewing. Short Story Brewing is not only passionate about making amazing beer. They're also dedicated to giving back to the community that supports them.
